wasn't a good sleep..
keep waking up in the middle of the nite for some reasons.. Yawn~
maybe drank too much water before sleep... hahahha...
went to have brunch with my family as usual..
had fish head meehoon again.. one of my favorite food in LBN..
not oily, low calories.. a good food for those people who are on diet i reckon.. haha..
Went to take a look of my mom & dad's new shop which is still under construction..
will be open in August but too bad i cant be there for the shop opening..
oh well, i know it doesnt make any difference but.. yea.. somehow i just hope to be there =)
Lala, went to mummy shop after that..
was waiting for my little cute cousin, Duan Duan at the shop,
but too bad she wasnt in a good mood so never turn up at the shop..
aiya.. that's the time when a little kid fat lan za~
okie.. was too boring at the shop so went home around 1.30pm
haih.. ntg to do in da town.. go home also ntg to do..
the sims 3 for few hours and yeah!! finally.. reached 5pm already..
off to bball court.. ply a couple of games..
hmmm.. i'm too old d.. bone also hard d.. or i shud say i'm too fat to move!! ahahaha
cant reli catch up the moves.. cant shoot well.. cant even do a proper lay-up..
so basically i'm just a vase in the bball court..
nvm la, i just want to lose weight!!
i need to start on diet d..
this week is makan week..
next week have to start doing my fitness plan..
my fitness plan is less intake and more exercise.. hehe
no carbs for the week... a bit hard.. but i will try..
will start going gym on tues,wed and thursday..
ply bball for the rest..
do some yoga and stretching before sleep to increase my metabolism..
